Chef Philippe Augé

With a culinary career that began as Chef de Partie with Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris in Monte Carlo, Chef Philippe Augé continued his career at Relais & Châteaux Royal Champagne, where he was awarded a Michelin star in 2001. In 2008, he took charge of the kitchens at Hostellerie de Levernois and continues to delight gourmet palates. Committed to quality, Chef Augé favors seasonal produce, often locally sourced or grown directly by Baptiste, our talented market gardener.

Opening Hours

Open everyday for dinner and on Sunday for lunch and dinner.
Service hours: from 12:15 to 13:30 for lunch and from 19:15 to 21:00 at dinner.

Closed on Tuesday and Wednesday from the 4st of Septembre 2023 to the 30th of June 2024. Annual closing from the 29th of January 2023 to the 6th of March 2024 included.

Dress code: Smart & Casual. Gentlemen, the jacket and tie are not mandatory but long trousers are required.
