"There's not only an aesthetic vocation here, but also a productive one, in keeping with the hotel's environmental approach and ecosystem. The land here is worked with total respect for nature, based on the principles of permaculture, and natural treatments ; such as nettle purin and ladybugs, whose presence regulates certain diseases".
Five beehives, home to Burgundy Black Bees, thrive in our park. Our local honey, harvested with care, finds its way into your breakfast, desserts and the inspired creations of our chefs. It's a sweet collaboration between our ecosystem and your dining experience.
